How can I contact Nimble directly?

Will you renew my subscription automatically?
Yes, your subscription will be automatically renewed according to your pay period.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. In your dashboard, select Your Account on the top right of the page. Select Subscriptions.The last column displayed has the option to Update Change Plan or Cancel. Select Change Plan. The option to select a new plan will appear. Select the membership plan that works best for you.
When am I charged for my membership?
In your dashboard, select Your Account on the top right of the page. Select Subscriptions. Under the Subscription column, you will see if your subscription is active (enabled), payment per month, as well as the next billing date.
Where can I find my invoices and receipts?
In your dashboard, select Your Account on the top right of the page. Select Payments. Here you will see your previous receipts.
How do I pay with a check?
Currently we do not accept payments via check.
Is my membership transferable?
No.
What currency does NIMBLE accept for my membership dues?
US Dollar.
Do you offer any discounts?
Yes! We offer 17% discount for payment per year. There may be other temporary discounts, check for this inside the service.
Can I request a refund?
Sure, you will be welcome to request your refund within 14 days of subscribing to any paid plan.
Can I change my plan later on?
Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime. The money paid for the previous subscription will be recalculated to the new plan.

NIMBLE is set up with two login authentications for the ultimate privacy and protection. First login into NIMBLE public page, and then login to your personal Dashboard. How do I cancel my subscription?
In your dashboard, select Your Account on the top right of the page. Select Subscriptions. The last column displayed has the option to Update Change Plan or Cancel. Select Cancel and verify that you would like to cancel your plan.

How do I reset my password?
In your dashboard, select Your Account on the top right of the page. You will automatically be on the Home option, if not, select Home. Below will be listed your name, email (which is your username). Below the option to Save Profile, is the option to Change Password. Select Change Password. Enter your new password and again to confirm. Select Update Password.
