Types of Personal Information Collected
NIMBLE· collects and maintains personal information provided to us by individuals who register with our Sites, subscribe to our services or who otherwise send us information. Such information may include a user’s name, business or home address, phone number, fax number, e-mail address, billing information, educational background, employment history, job search information, goals and milestones, resumes, confidential documents, and professional experience, or any other information that a user may give us.
We also collect and store the Internet Protocol (“IP”) addresses of individuals that visit our Sites. An IP address provides general statistical information, such as browsing activity, areas of interest on the Sites, general demographic information and other basic information that we will use for system administration. We use such information to make our Sites more interesting and useful to you.
Use and Disclosure of Personal Information
We use the personal information that you disclose to us to allow you to use the Sites, perform the services that you have requested of us, respond to your inquiries and support our customer relationship with you. We may also use your personal information to contact you about updates, industry news and new services.

The Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act imposes certain requirements on websites directed at children under 13 that collect information on those children, and on websites that knowingly collect information on children under 13. Our Site is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13.

Neither we nor our employees, agents or representatives are responsible for the privacy practices of these sites. These websites may have their own privacy policies and customer service policies, or no policies at all. We encourage you to read the privacy policies of the other websites to see how your personal information will be handled on the third party sites before providing them with your personal information.

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
Changes to the Personal Information We Have Collected
Registered users may update, correct or delete their registration profile information online through the manage account features available on our Sites. Please be aware, however, that even if you delete information from your account, we may, for a time, retain residual information about you in backup and/or archival copies of our database.
